Selecting a high-speed braiding machine is a technical decision that requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors. First, you need to clarify the type of braiding material—PE fishing line, fiberglass insulated wire, shoelaces, elastic bands, or charging cable braiding. Each material has different requirements for tension control, spindle speed, and braiding angle. For example, PE fishing line braiding requires extremely high tension uniformity and precise wire diameter control, while shoelace braiding focuses more on the flexibility of pattern changes.

Second, the number of spindles is the core parameter that determines the production capacity of the braiding machine. Common specifications include 16, 24, 32, and 48 spindles. The more spindles, the more wire strands braided in a single operation, and the higher the production efficiency. However, it's important to note that increasing the number of spindles also means higher equipment costs and maintenance complexity. For small and medium-sized enterprises, 24 or 32 spindle models are usually the most cost-effective choice.

In addition, the servo motor configuration is also a factor that cannot be ignored during selection. Braiding machines equipped with high-precision servo motors can achieve more accurate speed control and position feedback, thereby ensuring uniform braiding density. We recommend prioritizing products with closed-loop servo control systems. Although the initial investment is higher, in the long run, they can significantly reduce scrap rates and energy costs. Finally, don't forget to examine the equipment's after-sales service system, including spare parts supply, technical training, and remote diagnostic capabilities, all of which are important supports for ensuring stable production line operation.
